social responsibility

what level of social responsibility i am at and why?
This morning I had an intense kapahaka fitness session which begins at 7am to  roughly 9 am.I believe i am at level 4 because i showcase interpersonal skills, and i help and encourage my peers and showcasing leadership.I have show and demonstrate these by finishing all task given and finishing the fitness program that we are advised to finish ,how ever after i am finish I encourage my peers and sometimes participate with them so that they know they aint doing it by themselves.I showcased leadership by and through our fitness program for example fitness begins at 7 ,but if our tutor/trainer hasnt arrived I advise and call in the group to begin our fitness session.

How can I advance to the next?
By trying and attempting all these levels and areas within school and in my personal life, also by being a role model and try and advise and encourage others to aim for the highest level of achievement.

Introduction
What is a social responsibility?
social responsibility is being responsible within your peers, also being responsible within yourself.

what level am I at?why?
My goal is to showcase a high level of self-direction, without any teachers guidance needed.I believe I am at level 3(self-direction)  because before we proceed into a game I self-direct myself as I already know what I need to know. I understand the boundaries, rules, and the aim of ki o Rahi I showcase this value within the participation of ki o Rahi by knowing tactics and understanding the sections but utilizing that to my advantage, and if I have a strategy or idea I make sure my whole team knows the play or understands the strategy.

How can I get to the next level?

By working hard and studying the game and knowing the operation of the game.so I can develop as a player, to gain lots information about a certain game put our school on the map.
